Sending an inquiry, product idea, campaign proposal, or other communication does not by itself create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship. Do not send trade secrets or unusually sensitive confidential information unless an appropriate written confidentiality agreement is already in place.

Changes and severability

Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning the website or these Terms of Use will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Douglas County, Nevada. Nothing in these Terms of Use removes a consumer protection or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
